We are a Liverpool based consultancy working the length of the North West. From our office in the Baltic Triangle we reach sites across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire quickly, so contractors get a consultant on site when it matters rather than a phone call three days later.
Our work splits into three strands. Management covers project management, programme, commercial and quantity surveying. Compliance covers CDM 2015, health and safety and temporary works. Engineering covers temporary works design and design management. A client can take one strand or the full set.

Where in the North West do you work?
We work across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire, covering the area within roughly 50 miles of our Liverpool office. That includes Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Warrington, Preston, Wigan, St Helens, the Wirral and the towns in between.
Do you attend sites in person?
Yes. Being based in Liverpool means we attend North West sites in person for audits, temporary works inspections, progress reviews and duty holder work rather than handling everything remotely.
Can we appoint you for a single service?
Yes. You can appoint us for one service such as a Temporary Works Coordinator or quantity surveying support, or for a combined scope across management, safety and engineering. We scope the appointment to what the project needs.
